UPDATED....Finally!

I thought I would have been able to keep up a bit better than I have been and that is why there are so many new posts all at once. There are so many things I think of that I want to do like Jacoby's birth announcements or clean out a closet/get rid of things that we don't use, clean out the garage, the list can go on and on, but somehow I get distracted or just can't do it because I have 3 little boys who need my attention seems like 24/7. One day it'll all get done, I hope! I'm lucky enough to be able to take a shower, do laundry, vacuum and have dinner done on most nights!

Anyhoo....Today, 6/5, I had taken Jacoby and Eli to the Dr's for their 2month and 2 yr old check ups. They both did fabulous. Both healthy and doing well. What I'm most impressed by is that Eli did not cry or flinch when he received his shot in the arm. He is such a trooper!!! Jacoby did a great job too and we were all there to comfort him! Felix knelt over him giving him kisses on the head as he go his shots (2 in one leg and 1 in the other).

Happy 2nd Birthday Eli! 6/3

We spent the morning celebrating Eli's 2nd Birthday
by bowling and then coming home to play in the
water in the backyard. We pulled out the big
blow-up waterslide for them to use. However,
Eli isn't too keen on climbing up it. He's content just
playing the little monkey pool we have ;)
Then had cake after dinner.

Eli is very much into trains right now. We have
some of the Take Along Thomas sets and he received
a few more diecast trains along with Morgan's Mine
Adventure set. He LOVES it and was so excited!

Felix and Eli playing together with the trains.

Cruising

Felix and Eli recently acquired an ATV ride-on
and a Diego Jeep ride-on which they absolutely
LOVE!!! Felix is cruising on his ATV while eating
a fruit pop along side Jeff as he mows the lawn!

Waterplay in the backyard

The firetruck sprinkler is a big hit!!!
THANK YOU Aunt Tristian & Uncle Ted!

Felix LOVES tormenting Eli! Can
you tell? Oh but, don't you worry..
Eli will get him back when he least
expects it!

Filling and dumping the water. Never
ending fun for a 2 year old!

Choo Choo at the Norfolk Zoo

After our ride on the train at the Norfolk Zoo,
Felix, Eli and their friend Quentin took advantage
of being able to take a picture infront of the engine
and being able to check it out. They were so stinking
excited to ride on the train!
Eli and his good buddy Quentin! They are 1 day a
part in age! Awesome to have such good friends and
close in age!

A Visit to The Children's Museum

This cool little slide in the museum lets Eli just zip
on down as you can tell by his hair flying
in the wind he catches!

Felix HAS to sit on the motorcycle everytime we
visit the museum!

Felix and Jacoby

I'm not often in pictures because I'm usually the one taking them. However, I was able to get this one of Felix and Jacoby with me :) OH! and you see the nice boo boo on Felix's nose? Compliments of Eli! Wacked him with a sandpail! Brotherly love :)

Felix's Last 2 weeks of School

Felix is leaving school on his last day carrying out his loot!
Thank you Mrs. Wainer and Mrs. Hronek for an awesome year!

Felix and his classmates (Eli included) have an
ice cream social and also celebrate the summer
birthdays of his friends on their last day of school.

Felix and his bud Evan! These two were inseperable
at the annual ODEDS (Old Donation Episcopal Day School)
park playdate/picnic! We were happy to learn that they
will both be in the same class next year as well!

A walk on the Boardwalk

Before the oceanfront became crowded with tourists, we took the boys down there for a stroll when we had some nice weather. Felix and Eli walked and ran oh, I'd say about 10-15 blocks one way. Played on the climber on the beach and then headed back. This picture I just love. Eli is just cheesing it up!!!

Strawberry Picking

Felix and Eli finding the perfect strawberries
Dad is helping with choosing
the best ones, though he doesn't
eat them himself ;)
Our 2 buckets of strawberries!
After getting home with them, I
received a recipe from a friend for
strawberry bread. It was pretty
yummy!
